Healthwatch Richmond undertook an enter and view visit to Alexander House Care Home on 29 April 2016

It was observed that Alexander House is a well run home with a caring manager and staff. Good practice was witnessed throughout the whole visit, as it created a warm, caring atmosphere between residents, their families and staff. Moreover, the house offers a wide range of activities to its residents.
