Summary of report content

This is an Enter and View report by Healthwatch Northumberland. Healthwatch representatives visited the Acomb Court care home to assess the care there.

Representatives spoke to 19 individual residents, three family members and one member of staff, using a set of questions to prompt people to describe good practice they had experienced or seen. 

Healthwatch Representatives also completed an observation sheet during the visit. There were 
seven survey responses from residents and four from relatives.
