Healthwatch Cheshire West and Chester and Healthwatch Cheshire East undertook an announced enter and view to the Accident and Emergency Department of the Countess of Chester Hospital on 7, 9 and 11 September 2023.  They wanted to understand current patient experience particularly in the light of current building work at the hospital.  They spoke to 125 people.
