Summary of report content

This report details Healthwatch Brent's research on Brent resident's experiences of urgent and emergency care. This research was carried out in partnership with the London Ambulance Service, who asked regional Healthwatch for insight that would feed in to the development of their new organisational strategy.

They found that most people had positive experiences. Those that had less positive experiences report long waiting times, issues with the continuity of care, and the difficulty of accessing some services.
