Summary of report content

A Healthwatch Lambeth report on Project Smith which is about Lambeth residents working together with NHS Lambeth CCG and Lambeth Council, recognising that the community and people are the assets and key to good health and wellbeing.

Report recommendations: Explore opportunities to equip both strands to promote public health messages more overtly, to support the planned outcome of better self-management of health and wellbeing. Continue to challenge and support grantees to identify and reach the most vulnerable and isolated members of the community. Consider whether the Connector scheme could or should have a stronger focus on

older people.
