Summary of report content

Healthwatch Kingston-upon-Hull report on the themes in their feedback about dentistry since January 2020.  Since then they have heard about 229 people’s experiences.

The most common theme was access to appointments.  The report provides a number of examples.

The report also sets out the themes in compliments.  Most are about the quality of service provided.

The report contains three recommendations.
