Key themes included in this report:

  • Mixed experiences of Covid-19 booster vaccinations.
  • Difficulty getting timely appointments at GPs, leaving people frustrated and angry.
  • Lots of positive feedback for specific wards at Queen Elizabeth Hospital.
  • Some people commented on the noticeable staff shortage due to the growth in COVID cases amongst staff, and others commented on the unfairness of verbal and physical abuse against staff.
  • Long waiting times at emergency departments.
  • People finding it near impossible to access non-urgent NHS dental treatment.
