Key themes included in this report:
- Mixed experiences of Covid-19 booster vaccinations.
- Difficulty getting timely appointments at GPs, leaving people frustrated and angry.
- Lots of positive feedback for specific wards at Queen Elizabeth Hospital.
- Some people commented on the noticeable staff shortage due to the growth in COVID cases amongst staff, and others commented on the unfairness of verbal and physical abuse against staff.
- Long waiting times at emergency departments.
- People finding it near impossible to access non-urgent NHS dental treatment.
This report contains a number of case studies illustrating these experiences.
