Summary of report content

Healthwatch Derby reports on the feedback they have received about attitudes to and experiences of the Covid-19 vaccination programme during the period January to March 2021.  During this period they spoke to 57 people on this subject.

The feedback they got from people who had had the vaccine was very positive, in terms of staffing and overall organisation.  People felt safe and reassured.

A discussion at a younger person’s Covid forum revealed that of 25 people, only 8 would have the vaccine.  Reasons for not having the vaccine included impact on fertility, concerns about safety and beliefs that Covid-19 was like flu.
