Summary of report content

Healthwatch Blackpool conducted a survey with 41 homeless people to gather insight on their experiences during the pandemic.

The report found that many people struggled with isolation, financial concerns and a lack of support from organisations and tourists. For those who reported feeling unsafe where they currently reside, this was owing to health concerns, drugs and closed services. Many people were concerned about their mental health, food, relapsing, housing and feeling lonely.

No recommendations were made in the report.
