Community engagement – Deafness is not a barrier

This is a report by Healthwatch Havering. The project looked at the situation and experience of deaf people in the area.

For this study, we carried out a survey of service users, their family, friends and carers, and professionals working with them. The number of responses was lower than expected.

There are a number of recommendations in the report to all services involved.
