Summary of report content

This is a report into improving use of social media for health related messages by Healthwatch Calderdale. The report was published February 2018.

Between October and December 2017 a series of messages were sent out through social media channels and the impact of these were then tracked and reported on by the Healthwatch.

This report summarises the work done to promote health messages through social media, how to build an ecosystem around this and make use of available channels.
