Summary of report content

This is a summary report of a conference organised by Healthwatch Bolton at the University of Bolton, 24th February, 2017. The conference programme explored the theme of change in healthcare.

The reason for the conference was the completion of the change champions project by Healthwatch Bolton. Change champions was set up to improve local people's confidence in responding to health devolution accross Greater Manchester.

The report gives a background to the change champions project. There is also a conference programme and introductions for each of the speakers. Details of workshop discussions with attendees are presented.
