Blackpool North Primary Care Network: Insights from patients

Summary of report content

Healthwatch Blackpool wanted to gather feedback from patients registered at practices in the North Primary Care Network.  They spoke to 1,388 people via a survey.  The results are organised by GP surgery and focus on positive experiences, room for improvement and what matters most to patients.  The report also looks at booking appointments, online access, including the NHS app, other services, enhanced access, keeping healthy and feedback to the practice.
