Summary of report content

This report is a summary of an event attended by Healthwatch Bristol. The event was the launch of the BAME Sexual Health in Bristol survey. the report was published April, 2018.

The document only summarises the findings from the event, during which 122 surveys were filled in.

Summary of findings:

- Enable more collaborative working to help BAME communities learn more about sexual health.

- Suggestions for health promotion to be done in local community venues, where testing and information could be provided to raise awareness about sexual health issues.

- Healthwatch will now display sexual health information at our health and wellbeing events to help raise awareness of sexual health matters.
