- Amplified the voices of young people, engaging with over 800 young people and producing reports on mental health, GP services and vaping, with findings helping shape NHS transformation and commissioning plans.
- Improved accessibility and inclusion by working with communities including refugees and asylum seekers, veterans, Gypsy Roma Traveller communities, boat residents, farmers, people with learning disabilities and digitally excluded residents.
- Helped improve access to healthcare for canal boat residents, leading to actions by primary care networks, councils, emergency services and leisure providers to address barriers to registration, facilities and support.
- Supported service improvement through Enter and View visits, patient feedback, and partnership working, leading to changes in areas including care homes, hospital parking for Blue Badge holders, pelvic health information, and communication with patients and carers.
