Annual Report 2024-25

Healthwatch Kensington and Chelsea and Healthwatch Westminster set out their achievements for 2024/25 in their annual report. 

During this year, Healthwatch Kensington and Chelsea:

• Had 489 people share their experiences of health and social care services with them
• Provided advice and information to 3,127 people
• Published 7 reports on improvements people would like to see in areas like intermediate care and access to healthcare, as well as Enter and View reports

During this year, Healthwatch Westminster:

• Had 726 people share their experiences of health and social care services with them
• Provided advice and information to 2,761 people
• Published 11 reports on improvements people would like to see in areas such as primary mental health services for homeless communities, the cost of living and its impact on pharmacy and dental services, GP access, intermediate care services, eye care, and patient experience in secondary care.
