830 people shared their experiences of health and social care services, helping to raise awareness of issues and improve care.

16,200 people came for guidance and information on topics such as finding help with prescription costs, reaching social prescribers, and making a complaint about NHS services. 

39 reports and updates were published about the improvements people would like to see in areas like pharmacy services, digital access in primary care, and inpatient mental health care.
