Annual Report 2023-24

Healthwatch Southwark sets out its achievements for 2023/24 in its annual report.

During this year:

• 4,792 people shared their experiences through engagement or directly sharing experiences on health and social care.
• 115 people came to them for advice and information.
• They produced one report on Latin American communities in the area.
• There was a focus on community health ambassadors, supporting those waiting for appointments, the cost of living crisis.
