Healthwatch Kent report on their key achievements in the year 2023-24.  During this period:

  • 2,370 people shared their experiences of health and social care with them
  • 7010 people came to them for advice and information
  • They published nine reports
  • They made a difference on a variety of issues including care homes, women's health, access to equipment services for Nepali people, LGBTQ+ people, mental health, an electronic referral system and accessible information
