Healthwatch Isles of Scilly report on their key achievements for the year 2023 - 24.  During this period:

  • 50 people shared their experiences of health and social care with them
  • 56 people sought advice and information from them
  • They published one report
  • They helped more people to have remote consultations, meaning less travel to the mainland for patients
  • They highlighted the experiences of vulnerable people who would always need a medical escort and worked with patient transport and the local health centre to make this happen
