Summary of report content

Healthwatch Derby report on its activities and achievements for the year 2022/23.  During that period:

  • 7755 people shared their experiences of health and social care services with them helping to raise awareness of issues and improve care.
  • 6278 people came to them for clear advice and information about topics such as GP Access, NHS Dental access., how to complain.
  • They published six reports
  • They undertook a number of projects, including about LGBTQ+ communities experience of health care, people’s experience of chronic pain and access to GPs
