Healthwatch Brighton and Hove have reported on their achievements in their 2020-21 annual report. Over the course of the year they heard from 7244 people about their experiences of health and social care. They also provided advice and information to over 2000 people.

Healthwatch Brighton and Hove published 32 reports, reviewing 72 different services. From this, 178 recommendations were made, 48% of which lead to service improvements, with other recommendations still in progress.
