Summary of report content

Healthwatch Sefton set out its achievements for the year 2019/20. 

During that year they gave 701 people advice and information, 3014 people followed them on Twitter and 1,048 people shared their experience of health and social care. They published 25 reports and made 103 recommendations for improvement.

Other achievements included accessibility improvements at a local clinic, improving the accessibility of parking payment machines at a local hospital, improving information about hospital discharge and undertaking research to inform the local response to the NHS Long Term Plan.
