Healthwatch Leeds have provided information about their activities over the financial year 2019-2020 and summarised their plans for the coming year 2020-2021.

They have conducted research in social care, mental health and around integrating services and communicated their findings through videos and reports. Healthwatch Leeds have been able to help 278 people who have contacted our information and advice service this year. They have outlined how their volunteers have contributed during the year and detailed their finances.
