Summary of report content

Healthwatch Luton reported on their activities during 2018-19. These included: learning about the changes local people wanted to see in different areas of health and social care; holding a Young Person’s Event; gathering Roma and Traveler experiences of health and care in Luton; focusing on mental health services, and engaging with residents about the NHS England Long Term Plan.

Healthwatch Luton also reported on: the advice and information they provided people with over the year; the work of their team of volunteers; finances; and plans for the next year. The report features messages from the Healthwatch Luton Chair and Chief Executive.
