Summary of report content

Healthwatch Leeds provides a summary of feedback received by the Inclusion for all Hub about the Accessible Information Standard.

It looks at the experiences of people with visual impairments, hearing impairments, learning disabilities and English as a second language in booking and attending appointments and general communication issues.
