Summary of report content

Healthwatch Brighton and Hove, Healthwatch East Sussex and Healthwatch West Sussex undertook a poll of people's experiences of Pharmacy First. 548 people responded.

Overall over half of people were satisfied with the helpfulness of advice, privacy, waiting time, condition of the consulting room and waiting for medication.

People wanted to see:

  • Pharmacies open for longer and more flexibly
  • Shorter waits for prescriptions to be dispensed
