Summary of report content

Healthwatch Lancashire revisited Brainkind Neurological Care Centre on 24 November 2025.  They discussed progress in implementing the recommendations of the last visit.

Overall, the revisit to Brainkind Rehabilitation Centre was a positive opportunity to learn about the work that the staff at the Centre have carried out. Highlights included more information for people using the service and what they could get involved with and the garden project which will be starting in the new year. Another highlight is the introduction of easy read policies for people using the service which will help with information and understanding.
