Summary of report content

Healthwatch Richmond undertook an announced enter and view visit to Brinsworth House on 27 June 2016.  They spoke to 37 people.

The report highlights that Brinsworth House is a well run home with good systems in place to look after its residents. There was a pleasant and warm atmosphere in the home and good interaction was seen between staff and residents, who overall seemed very content.

In addition to reaching positive conclusions, the report asks the Brinsworth Home managers to achieve some improvements such as making adaptations to seats and toilet heights and a kitchen upgrade.
