Summary of report content

Healthwatch Lambeth report on key themes in the feedback they received in Q2 2025/26.  During that period, they heard from 241 people.

They heard the most about GP services during these months. They also heard about hospital services, pharmacy, urgent care, adult social care, and mental health services for children and adults. 

The most common feedback concerned: 

  • Choice and being listened to in GPs’ diagnoses and treatment decisions
  • Communication about appointments, triage, and referrals
  • Digital services, including booking appointments online
