Summary of report content

Healthwatch Walsall undertook an enter and view visit to Brace Street Health Centre on 22 September 2025.  They spoke to 11 patients.

Key findings:

The premises were well maintained and had awkward wheelchair access.  There was clear signage

The waiting room had electronic self-check in and seating for 25 patients

There was a noticeboard, but some notices were obscured.  

Patients reported mixed experiences of booking appointments. Most were not aware of out of hours options.

Most felt listened to and praised staff.

Their main concerns were language issues, privacy concerns and limited time per appointment.
