Healthwatch North East Lincolnshire undertook an announced enter and view visit to The Kensington Care Home on 8 October 2025.  They spoke to 14 people.

Overall, Healthwatch found The Kensington to provide a comfortable, clean, person-centered environment. Both staff and residents appeared happy and relaxed at the time of the visit.
