Healthwatch North East Lincolnshire undertook an announced/unannounced enter and view visit to Yarborough House on 2 September 2025.  They spoke to 11 people.

Overall, Healthwatch found Yarborough House to provide a comfortable environment, staff and residents appeared happy and relaxed. The environment was at times very noisy due to several bells, and alarms constantly going off. The home was clean and tidy and was currently undergoing a longer-term refurbishment plan.
