Healthwatch Leicester and Healthwatch Leicestershire undertook an announced enter and view visit to the Central Surgery on 4 February 2025. They spoke to three people.
The surgery had a limited number of clinic rooms, building access was restricted due to steep stairs. Confidential space was available and accommodation made for people with phobias or special needs. There was no children's play area in the waiting room.
Whilst a friends and family feedback form was available online, there were no suggestion forms in the practice. There was positive patient feedback about the move to a cloud-based phone service.
There were arrangements in place to identify and action same day GP appointments.
