Summary of report content

Healthwatch East Riding of Yorkshire undertook a survey to understand why residents of rural and coastal communities miss medical appointments due to transport issues.  They spoke to 64 people.

Whilst only 6% of medical appointments were missed in this area, a lack of transport and additional transport issues are responsible for those.
