Healthwatch Kingston-upon-Thames undertook an announced enter and view visit to Langley Court Rest Home on 9 July 2024.

Overall, Healthwatch concluded that LCRH was a well-run home with a well-maintained garden. The residents appeared to be looked after well, and staff appeared happy to be working there. The general atmosphere was friendly and welcoming, and Healthwatch observed residents interacting with each other and with staff throughout the visit. Staff were observed working well together.
