Healthwatch Kingston-upon-Thames undertook an announced enter and view visit to Speirs House Care Home on 7 January 2025.

Overall, HWK authorised representatives concluded that Speirs House was a wellrun home with caring staff and strong leadership from the manager. The residents and relatives said that they were happy with their environment and with the care given to them or their loved one by the staff. The staff also expressed that they liked working at Spiers House.
