Healthwatch Kingston-upon-Thames undertook an announced enter and view visit to Medihands Clifton.  They met 7 residents.

Overall, Healthwatch concluded that Medihands Clifton seemed to be a well-run home with caring staff. The residents and staff they spoke to told us they were happy with their environment. Residents mostly felt satisfied with the care given to them, and the members of staff said that they liked working at Medihands Clifton.
