Summary of report content

Healthwatch Norfolk visited Bridge Street Surgery in May 2025 to speak with patients about their experience.  They spoke to 27 people.

Healthwatch Norfolk staff noticed good facilities, friendly and helpful reception staff and received positive feedback from a district nurse about the surgery.

Overall, people felt satisfied with the care they received at Bridge Street Surgery, with people praising the helpful and friendly attitudes of the staff. However, patients did express that telephone queues had lengthy waiting times.
