Healthwatch Birmingham set out their achievements for 2024/25 in their annual report.

  • 11,333 people shared their experience of health and social care services with them
  • They provided 1,980 people with advice and information about health and care services
  • They published 7 reports
  • They’ve worked on projects about improvements people would like to see in the referral process, pharmacy, neurodevelopmental assessments, community mental health, the NHS prostate cancer pathway and reducing inequalities through travel support
