Summary of report content

Healthwatch Halton report on their key achievements in 2024/25.  During this period, they:

  • carried out 276 outreach sessions, engaging with 5,831 people, of which 1,838 people shared their experiences of health and social care services with us, helping to raise awareness of issues and improve care
  • Published 15 reports
  • Made a difference on a wide variety of issues, including A&E services, hospital waiting lists, community diagnostic centres, wheelchair provision at hospital and access to speech and language therapy.
