Healthwatch Milton Keynes undertook an engagement event for the D/deaf community.  They involved 17 people.  The event involved speakers and discussion about health services generally, including heart health, dementia, screening services and mental health.

Conversations with community leaders following the event have emphasised the importance of Healthwatch Milton Keynes organising these types of events for the D/deaf community more regularly and to cover other topics that were raised with those who completed to feedback survey and by the BSL interpreters present at the event
