This is an Enter and View report by Healthwatch Enfield. Healthwatch representatives visited the Albany Park care home to assess the care delivered there.

During the visit representatives engaged with three residents, five families, five staff and senior staff members and the manager. Following the visit a further five families were spoken with by phone. In total 19 people.
