Summary of report content

Healthwatch Bromley report on their key achievements in 2024/25. During this period, they:

  • Engaged with 2,392 people to hear their experiences of health and social care, and supported 82 individuals with information and signposting.
  • Published 16 reports on local health and care improvements, including key reports on ophthalmology, community mental health, housebound residents with long-term conditions, and young carers.
  • Delivered two major deep dive research projects: one exploring access to care for housebound individuals with LTCs, and another investigating the experiences of young carers.
  • Produced 267 face-to-face engagement visits, eight Enter & View visits, and participated in PLACE assessments to improve care environments.
