Healthwatch Greenwich report on their key achievements for the year 2024/25.  During this period:

  • 2,929 people shared their experiences of health and social care services with them, helping to raise awareness of issues and improve care.
  • 21,025 people sought clear advice and information about topics such as mental health and the cost-of-living crisis.
  • They published 34 reports.
  • They made an impact by co-designing solutions with patients awaiting surgery, supporting improved hospital discharge processes, enhancing support for those experiencing homelessness, addressing social isolation through befriending support, highlighting the experiences of digital exclusion, and strengthening community-led mental wellbeing support.
