Oak Meadow Community Support Centre offers a positive and welcoming environment, supported by committed staff and generally clean facilities. Healthwatch observed staff being kind, respectful, and attentive to residents.

There are some areas where improvements could be made which would significantly improve the overall quality of service and experience for residents and visitors. Healthwatch note that some improvements had already been planned at the time of our visit. Healthwatch Halton looks forward to seeing progress made in response to these findings.
