Summary of report content

Healthwatch Enfield carried out an announced enter and view visit to Bridgewood House, a nursing and residential care home in Enfield. The home provides personal and nursing care to older people and younger adults, with specialist care for dementia, learning disability, physical disability, sensory impairment, and mental health.

Healthwatch Enfield spoke with eleven residents, two family members and seven staff members. In addition, two staff members completed a survey about the home and the Deputy Operation Manager was interviewed. A very thorough review of the care home is provided.
