Summary of report content

The five Local Healthwatch within North Central London (Haringey, Enfield, Barnet, Islington, and Camden) agreed to work together, in partnership, on a Long COVID project. They aimed to capture local people’s experiences of Long COVID including to identify any gaps in the current service provision, and to improve local services to better help and support local people living with Long COVID.

The report highlights the impact of Long COVID on people’s health and wellbeing, the problem of getting the right diagnosis and getting the right healthcare. Healthwatch have made several recommendations based on their findings about how to best support people living with Long COVID symptoms.
