Healthwatch Central Bedfordshire undertook an enter and view visit of Chase House Residential Care Home on 3 April 2025 following a CQC inspection which found the service to be inadequate.  They spoke to 12 staff and 3 residents directly, plus an additional 33 survey responses from residents and relatives.
