Summary of report content

Healthwatch Blackpool carried out an announced enter and view visit to New Victoria Nursing and Residential Care Home on 14 March 2022.

Feedback from the visit suggested that resident and staff were happy and settled, with positive comments about activities and friendships. Residents at New Victoria Care Home have the freedom to make choices in their daily routine. Feedback on food was generally positive and the environment was clean and well looked after.
